Your first session is an opportunity to begin building a professional and supportive therapeutic relationship. During this time, we will explore your goals for therapy, any challenges you are facing, and how I can best support you. The initial intake session typically lasts around 60 minutes and includes a comprehensive assessment to gather important background information. This process helps me understand your needs and tailor the therapeutic approach to support your well-being.
All therapy sessions are conducted remotely using a secure and HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform to ensure your privacy and confidentiality. To comply with licensing regulations, clients must be physically located in New York State during their sessions. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide services to individuals outside my state of licensure. If you have any questions or concerns about telehealth, please feel free to reach out for further clarification.
I accept self-payment, select insurance plans, and offer the option of providing a superbill for clients with out-of-network insurance coverage.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a late cancellation fee.
